Log in to your HyperX account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at a designated courier point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
